Return and Refund Policy
We don’t have a return policy. Only purchase what you need, as it is your responsibility to read and follow the manufacturers’ data sheets.
If you purchase and pay for an item but change your mind before it is picked up or shipped, we will charge a 20% cancellation fee on all orders.
Deliveries and Shipping
We use third-party shipping and delivery services. Delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances, and we are not responsible for any delays. We strive to ensure smooth and hassle-free delivery of our products. You agree to ensure the following on your side:
- Your address and contact details are up to date.
- You receive your delivery in person or notify us in advance to make arrangements. Courier companies may charge re-delivery fees. All orders will be left safely at the premises if the customer isn’t home.
- We do not accept liability for theft or loss of products from your property. You agree to ensure that you either receive your delivery in person or that the drop-off spot is safe.
Product Inspections
You agree to inspect the product upon delivery for any damages, incorrect items, or wrong deliveries, and to notify us immediately.
You confirm that you understand the product, are a licensed technician (if required), and will apply it according to the manufacturer’s instructions at your own risk.
