| Our Aluminium composite panels also known as ACM Board are the latest generation of aluminium composite panel, comprising of two aluminium cover layers and a foamed PVC core. It’s lightweight and flexible, yet, extremely flat– ideal for UV printing, advertising and decoration markets. Our ACP has the same structure as traditional ACP, but what makes it different is the new foamed core made from virgin plastic. It has a White Digital Primer Finish and is available in 2440 x 1220 x 3.0mm and 3050 x 1220 size. Our aluminium composite panels vs traditional composite panel: - Density of plastic core: ours is foamed core <0.6/cm³, only half of traditional ACP which has a solid core >1.2/cm³
- Surface quality: casting technology with extremely smooth surface. Traditional ECP has extruded plastic core with impurities on surface
- Harmful material content: ours made from virgin plastic resins and the whole panel passes RoHS and REACH tests. Traditional ECP has black plastic core recycled from unknown source
