All are licensed waterproofers. Have successfully waterproofed all types of constructions ranging from multi-storey buildings, townhouse complexes, industrial and single dwellings.

For wet areas work is done in accordance with AS3740. Where appropriate we use the same installation for other applications including;

• Cleaning and priming the surface
• Priming the surface in accordance in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions.
• Applying a polyurethane sealing to corners and around waste outlets and penetrations.
• Applying a minium of 2 coats of the waterproofing membrane as per the manufacturers instructions giving a dry film thickness of at least 1mm-1.2mm

We select specific product for each application and use products of the highest quality and technology including;

• For wet areas, planters, balconies and under tile application;

Duram Multithane ( a grey polyurethane which cures to a tough, flexible membrane that does not stain grout and tiles) and duram EF or REO( a white, blue or grey latex based waterproofing membrane which cures to a tough and flexible membrane that does not stain grout or tiles).

• For Roofs;

Duram Multithane UV and Multithane ATC (a UV resistant grey polyurethane membrane and aliphatic polyurethane top coat for long term UV exposure).

• Retaining Walls;

Duram 195 (liquid polyurethane membrane).
